A famous American musician once stated:”In the end, everybody wants to play the drums!”. He was right! The drums are the basis, they are the heartbeat of the band and they are imposing.
 
We see it as our task to make you feel confident and comfortable in your role as timekeeper and ‘anchor’ of the band. We help you develop listening skills as well as motor skills, for example playing fills and rhythms in a variety of styles. Reading sheet music is also part of our programme.
 
If you have any special wishes, simply tell your teacher and we will design a programme that meets your wishes.
 
Our drum studio has two drum sets: one for you and one for your teacher.

In the end, everybody wants to try to play the drums. 
Jeroen Zange: I studied a lot of musical styles and actually played those styles live. The latter is very important, because playing live enriches your idiom and you find out magical new things.
Juen Schütt: Playfully we discover all aspects of the most beautiful instrument in the world. In this way you learn not only drumming but also the essence of music and (drum) sounds.​
Hette Maaijen: I think making music is one of the most beautiful things there is and I love passing on my knowledge to students. Stimulating creativity and finding your own sound is an important part of the lessons.
Femke Westeneng:
Fun is most important in drum lessons. I find it important to see what you like, what you would like to achieve, and how we can achieve these goals together in a pleasant way. I can help you play along with your favourite songs, teach you to improvise or, for example, help you write parts for your own band,
